new blogg for quarter four! freebie
hey there!! lol ahhh!!! haha ok this week is a freebie and i want to write about the youth action things that we have been doing we have gone weith Bay-peace to san francisco state university it was tons of fun and we go to present infront of about 600 students so it was a thrill to do so. in other words it is a true honor to be able to work with bay-peace. we have done alot of work and susan and p[ablo are really awesome people i hope to enjoy bay peace to its fullest with all of this said i can say adios amigos . asta la victoria siempre ;P

Problems at my internship.
mhh im taking a hell of a long time to think of a problem so that's a good thing i believe.

Hey everyone that is reading this well truthfully i yet havent found a problem . i had a problem where i couldnt find what do to here but that was solved by the awesome susan, that's it as far as problems go there really isnt a problem at all so Bay-Peace is awesome for that but since i dont hacve problems ill just say that for future problems that come up i will face them tall and i wont for any way in hell dare back down. the work here is awesome so thats all for today sorry i dont have problems :P

Internship, home, and school!
Hey everyon that reads this
im not feeling my best today i had some bad brownies and i feel yuckie
but here i am sick yet again but still working on my h.w
so take my example wevones :P lol
please read on
my internship it's not like home but somehow it is, not like school but somewhat it is.
first my internship is a really cool place where i can come and relax while working on stuff taht i like to do. At home ill just play some music and just hang out which is different ill just try and learn new things.AT school you guys know im a goof Ball lol and i tend to make you guys laugh abit but that's some how it every place from this three is different from the other each gives me a different feel in mood. in my internship im calm chill and relaxed. in my home im spunky and happy with alot of energy. In school im sociable talkative and i have sometimes a bubbly personality which really make syou qeustion why i wear black pants :D and black stuff lol im not emo nor am i a rocker i am myself man and being yoursefl is great if you fall into a category then bahaha too bad for you but yeah i love all the 3 places and i hope you do too.

The skills that i need in my internship to make me a better intern is to give ideas and try to work with everyone, or just help out in any way that i can. I can also improve with my work skills and work with whatever work that i'm given also take it to another level and try to make it really cool not so much of a perfectionist but show that i put effort into it but all in all i think that im in a goot level of work here so let's see what experiences i have to yet face and skills yet to learn

today i want to tell you guys about my super duper cool mentor :p

My mentor is the coolest person, her name is sussan and she is a really great leader
she is very understanding and likes to take listen to people she has great knowledge on leadership too! what makes her great is that she is really cool, and just her personality she makes you feel part of what's going on and always has something for you to do, you know that i never get bored here!:P she helps the team along side with Pablo t move forward and get the word out about Bay-Peace and the mission. if you still dont know about Bay-Please go to my myspace xstalin007@hotmail.com or just www.myspace.com/zoso162 hope to hear from you or just add me to get more friends muahaha >:]
im glad im at Bay-Peace because i really have a taste of working with a team to plan things and i know that this will help me with my future personal musical gigs that i have, because of the leadership skills so when you see my albums out you know Bay-Peace was an influence and helpfull.

....(CHANLLENGES and SUCESS) wow finally a blog by me yet again :o
HEY everyone! .
i'd like to start by saying hey :] please enjoy ;] (here we go)
A challenge i faced in my internship let's see mhhh well a chalenge i faced was for me to get settled in, i was kind of shy at first it was in a team meeting and i had just met a Bay-Peace team member, every tuesdays we have team meetings from 4-6, on a team meeting me and
Pablo(a mentor) had to perform for our group to see how i would perform anf present infront of people at first i was kind of nervous but i got over it and i performed with confidence and gestures freely to show that i was confident and 100% confident! first it was kind of Bad to me but i tried hard and i did an ok job which personally i believe it's great because i got over my nervousness, tried and thats a real fine way to start :] thanks to my performin experiences with music i got better with this because i was only comfortable to perform with a guitar but now i can present to a public and perform!
